Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Timeframe: Customers are required to notify us of any cancellations within the specified timeframe prior to the scheduled tour departure date. The cancellation timeframe is as follows:

  • Group Tours (Scheduled Departures):
    • Cancellation made more than 20 days before the tour: Full refund.
    • Cancellation made 15-20 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
    • Cancellation made 7-14 days before the tour: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
    • Cancellation made less than 7 days before the tour: No refund.
  • Private Tours (Customized Departures):
    • Cancellation made more than 20 days before the tour: Full refund minus any non-refundable deposits or fees.
    • Cancellation made 15-20 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total tour cost.
    • Cancellation made 7-14 days before the tour: 25% refund of the total tour cost.
    • Cancellation made less than 7 days before the tour: No refund.

2. Refund Process: Upon receiving a valid cancellation request within the specified timeframe, we will process the refund according to the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within one business day from the date of cancellation approval. Please note that any applicable bank or processing fees incurred during the refund process will be deducted from the refund amount.

3. Exceptions: We understand that certain unforeseen circumstances may arise, such as medical emergencies or natural disasters, which may necessitate cancellation outside of the specified timeframe. In such cases, customers are required to provide valid documentation supporting their request for an exception. Our team will review each case individually and may offer alternative solutions or considerations at our discretion.

4. Rescheduling: Customers who wish to reschedule their tour instead of canceling may do so subject to availability and any applicable fees. Please contact our customer service team to discuss rescheduling options.

5. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control, such as war, terrorism, natural disasters, or government-imposed travel restrictions, Nomad Morocco Tours reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel tours without liability. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify affected customers as soon as possible and provide alternative arrangements or refunds where applicable.

6. Communication: By booking a tour with Nomad Morocco Tours, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by our cancellation policy. Our team is available to answer any questions or concerns regarding the cancellation policy before booking or during the tour planning process.
