Day 1Marrakech To Ourika Valley, Sti Fadma And Back to Marrakech

Your day trip will typically begin with a morning departure from Marrakech.  The journey to the Ourika Valley involves a scenic drive through the High Atlas Mountains. You’ll pass by small villages and enjoy breathtaking mountain views along the way. As you make your way through the valley, you may have the opportunity to stop at some traditional Berber villages. You can learn about the local culture, see how the people live, and even visit local markets or shops. Most day trips include a stop for lunch in the Ourika Valley. You can expect to enjoy Moroccan cuisine, often in a picturesque setting with a view of the valley. One of the highlights of the Ourika Valley is the Setti Fatma waterfalls. You’ll have the chance to hike to the waterfalls and perhaps even take a dip in the cool mountain waters if the weather allows. After visiting the waterfalls, you may have some free time to relax, explore the area, or take in more of the natural beauty. Some people choose to go for a walk or simply enjoy the serene surroundings. In the late afternoon or early evening, you’ll begin your journey back to Marrakech, arriving in the city by nightfall.
